Here's a social media strategy for you: stay off of Twitter, Facebook and other social platforms. I don't want to see your company there. I don't want a "relationship" with your company. If you want a real social strategy, have a real person answer the phone. Answer emails that I send to you. Provide excellent customer service. Let me cancel your service from a link on your website. Let me return items easily without hassle. Put a link or email address on your website where I can tell you that certain pages on your website are broken. If you do those things well, I will let everyone know about your company and how great your are.
